How to Register
To register for the JECIM 2012, please use our online registration system.
Please note that you will need your existing or newly created username and password to process meeting registration and/or submit an abstract.
To require a letter of invitation please click here. Please note that a letter of invitation will be provided to assist delegates in obtaining visa or permission to attend the Meeting and should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees and other expenses.
Participants are advised to register in advance, before February 11, 2012, to take advantage of the reduced early registration rate.

The Registration Fee Includes
- Admission to scientific paper and poster sessions, plenary, symposium, didactic courses and live surgery sessions
- Opening ceremony and welcome reception
- Meeting kit including program book
Method of Payment
- Payment should be made by transfer to BCA No. 342-301859.0 a/n PT. NITRA SANATA DHARMA no later than February 11, 2012 for Early Bird, and March 2, 2012 for regular registration.
